You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse from 84 Enterprise Way, Sunshine West VIC 3020 (located approximately 18 km West of the Melbourne CBD) at any time during office hours (10 am to 3:00 pm Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays). However, there are a few things you need to keep in mind before the collection:

• While most orders are ready for collection within 1 hour or less, we advise customers to first wait for an order status update that confirms your order as being ready for collection;
• Bring with you a copy of your order and a suitable ID, particularly if your payment method is a credit card;
• If you had intended to buy toys using a cheque, unfortunately, it won’t be possible for you to collect your order until funds have cleared first, as this can usually take 3-4 days to clear;
• Orders are required to be collected within 14 days;
• Orders can only be collected from our warehouse located at 84 Enterprise Way, Sunshine West VIC 3020.

Please keep in mind that, while it may be tempting to browse our toy shop upon your arrival, unfortunately, this is not possible since we are not setup like a conventional store or shop. We’re an online store and we operate from a warehouse which means that conditions for browsing are not ideal due to forklifts operating in the area, lack of pricing on products or shelves etc. Just remember that it’s always easier, and safer, to browse our online toy store from the comfort of your home or office, make your purchase, and then pick up your order when it’s convenient for you (usually within 1 hour).
