I would like to thank you for the excellent service given regarding the Peter Rabbit toy, being sent for the birth of a baby boy. As im in the UK, it is difficult to arrange delivery from here, as takes so much time to arrive. With your site I was able to arrange all this and cannot thank you enough. I wanted the baby to receive this gift, as his gran to be had recently passed away and I wanted her daughter to receive this on her mums birthday, especially as Peter Rabbit was her mums favourite. I am thrilled to say that this happened and was sad but lovely to say it was thought wonderful. It was if her mum was with her and as I was her mums best friend, will always remembered. Thank you.

I placed an order last week, a bit sceptical as I have never used this store before, and you just never know these days.. Delivery was good, ordered early Tuesday morning, delivery in my hand following Monday. Zag isn’t as dark as I thought he’d be but still perfect for new grandson. I love it that he’s washable.

I had a fault with sky gliders and the customer care was fantastic as the item was replaced and the chap could not have been more understanding

You certainly don't get that service in the dingy toy shops around Melbourne

On-line toys are the way to go !
